Every price, in public
Every price is published here. Start with the free Cause Check. If the evidence points somewhere real, the Autopsy names the cause in three business days for $1,500 for the first 10, then $2,000, and the fix is priced by cause: Rescue from $2,500, the Recovery Program at $2,500 a month, or nothing, when there’s nothing to fix.

Cause Check: free
The leading suspects behind your drop, with dates, example URLs and counts, and an estimate of what it costs you a month. By email within one business day.
Autopsy: $1,500 for the first 10, then $2,000
The cause-of-death verdict, loss ledger, odds, fix list and AI exposure map, within three business days of Search Console access. Includes a leadership brief, tickets in your format, a free re-check after the next confirmed Google update, and 30 days of Watch.
Rescue: from $2,500
Every old URL mapped to the right page, every indexing fix ticketed, and a crawl that verifies the result. Your developer ships the fixes, or on Shopify, Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace or Wix we upload redirect files ourselves with temporary access, at no extra charge. You can book it directly when the Cause Check already shows broken old URLs: the Autopsy is included, the first payment is half the Rescue price or the Autopsy price, whichever is higher, and if the Autopsy finds the site wasn’t the cause, we refund everything above the Autopsy price. Includes 90 days of Watch.
Recovery Program: $2,500 a month for three months
Weekly prioritised direction (tickets and page briefs), a check of every change that ships, and a monthly re-verdict. Offered only when the odds are fair and the lost value justifies $7,500 of work. Month one is a paid pilot with a day-30 exit. Three at a time.
Launch Cover: from $5,000
A redirect map and pre-launch checklist, a launch-day crawl, and 60 days of Watch. Book at least three weeks before launch.
Watch: $199 a month
After an Autopsy, Rescue or Launch Cover, Watch keeps an eye on the things that killed traffic before.
Every week: an email with where things stand.
Immediately: an alert if old URLs break, if noindex, robots or canonical tags change on key pages, or if sitemap or status errors appear.
After every confirmed Google update: a before-and-after Search Console comparison once the rollout finishes. This part needs your Search Console access to stay in place.
Cancel anytime. The Autopsy includes 30 days of Watch, Rescue 90, and Launch Cover 60.
Credits and capacity
Credit: the Autopsy fee counts in full toward Rescue or the Recovery Program if you book within 30 days. An Autopsy at $1,500 followed by a Rescue at $2,500 costs $2,500 in total.
Price ladder: the first 10 Autopsies are $1,500. After that, $2,000. 10 of 10 are left at $1,500. We raise the price by hand when the tenth is booked. There’s no timer.
Capacity: four Autopsies a week (next opening: this week) and three Recovery Programs at a time.

What we never promise
- Rankings.
- Traffic recovery.
- AI citations.
- Any timeline that depends on Google.
We also don’t sell retainers by default, or a fix for losses that are structural.
Questions
Why publish prices?
So you can decide before you talk to anyone. You should know what a verdict costs before you hand over access.
Is there a discount?
No. The first 10 Autopsies are cheaper because they’re the first 10.
What if the Autopsy says nothing can be done?
Then you’ve spent the Autopsy fee finding out, instead of months of retainer, and we don’t sell you a fix.
Do you charge for the Cause Check later?
No. It’s free, and it stays yours.
