Cause Check

Free. Nothing to refund.

Autopsy

You pay when you book. If we don’t deliver the verdict within three business days, or we can’t name the cause with evidence, we refund the Autopsy in full. An inconclusive verdict counts as a miss. Business days are Monday to Friday, and the clock starts the business day after your Search Console access arrives.

If you book Rescue or the Recovery Program within 30 days of the Autopsy, the Autopsy fee counts in full toward it.

Rescue

You pay half to start and half when our crawl confirms every old URL resolves to the right page and the site is fully indexable. If the crawl fails because of our map, we fix it at no charge.

If you booked Rescue directly from a Cause Check, the Autopsy is included, and your first payment was half the Rescue price or the Autopsy price in effect when you booked, whichever was higher. If that Autopsy finds your site was not the cause, we refund everything you paid above that Autopsy price.

Recovery Program

Month one is a paid pilot. In week one we agree the leading indicators with you. If they haven’t moved by day 30, we stop, and you pay nothing more. Month one itself is not refunded. There is no ranking guarantee.

Launch Cover

You pay half at kickoff and half after the launch-day crawl. If traffic drops after launch because of anything on our checklist, Rescue is free. This applies only if our map was implemented as delivered.

Watch

$199 a month. Cancel anytime by replying to any Watch email or writing to hello@deathtoseo.com. You keep Watch until the end of the month you’ve paid for; we don’t prorate.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@deathtoseo.com with your domain and which guarantee applies. We confirm within one business day and send the refund to the account you paid from within five business days of confirming it.

What we never refund against

Rankings, traffic recovery, AI citations, or any timeline that depends on Google. We don’t promise them, so they aren’t refund conditions.
